Mar 04, 2013 · I have a Kay jewelers card ($0balance, good history, $6100CL) I want to make sure this card stays open because its got good history and is fantastic for my utilization. I tried calling Kay and asking how often I'd need to use the card before they auto-close it, which I understand they do, but the Rep said that wasn't something they could answer.
