As for the mark on the pendant it's kind of mis-stamped so I see it as an " M" "A" at times but it's most likely an "N" "R" Simple plain initials nothing fancy. The ear ring fastners are stamped NR on the top and Avon in an oval below that. They appear to match the necklace stone wise and have the same rosette design as the necklace by the post.
